Refund and exchange policy

We will refund or exchange any item and we do not charge for returns. In return we require that returned goods must be unused and in saleable condition (as good as new).

If you want to make a return, please contact us before posting the books, nancychambersauthor@gmail.com. Once we have received the books, we will credit your account.

If you have received and item that is damaged, faulty or we have sent the incorrect item, we will refund the postage for returning the books. If you have changed your mind about your order and wish to return the books, you will need to pay the postage.

Goods must be returned to us within 21 days. We deal with returns the day they arrive, but should there be any reason for delay we will contact you.
